In times of polychange, this question feels both urgent and unsettling.
Systems we once relied on are showing visible cracks: from ecological pressure and shifting global power to economic strain, unregulated technology, and fraying social cohesion. These forces reinforce one another, pushing us into a liminal moment between old paradigms that no longer serve us and futures not yet fully formed.
This in-between state is unstable, but it is also full of possibility. Rather than offering predictions, the Foresight Academy explores what could come next by sketching parts of more desirable future systems: concrete visions shaped by shared aspirations. By starting with how we want to live, we create orientation in uncertainty and help shape the direction of what follows.
